Questions we get a lot
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single hat at our regular website price. Bulk pricing starts at 12 of the same hat with the same design, and drops again at 24, 48, 72 and 144. You can mix colors within that hat and design.
Do the prices include tax and shipping?
No. Prices are per item before sales tax and shipping. We add those when we confirm your order. Local pickup in the Phoenix area is free. Buying to resell? Send us your resale certificate when we confirm and we'll leave the tax off.
Are there setup fees?
Not for leather or UV printed patches, or for printed shirts. Embroidery has a one-time $15 setup per logo to turn your art into a stitch file. Reorders of the same logo skip it.
How long does it take?
Hats usually take 1 to 3 weeks from approval. Shirts and hoodies take about 4 weeks, since we order the blanks in for you. Stickers take about a week. Need it sooner? Pick a date in the form and we will tell you straight away if we can make it. Rush is 15% extra.
Will I see my design before you make it?
Yes. We send a free mockup of your logo on the product. Nothing gets made until you approve it, and changes are free until it looks right.
What logo file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. Only have a rough sketch? Send it and we'll talk it through.
How do I pay?
We email you an invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer. Bulk orders start with a 50% deposit, and the rest is due when your order is ready.

We stand behind our work. If something we made isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
