- Leather patch: laser-engraved leatherette, clean and classic
- UV printed patch: full color printed on leatherette
- Embroidered: your logo stitched onto the cuff ($15 one-time setup per logo)
- Embroidered or sublimated patch: stitched-edge patch, 12 minimum

- Sportsman SP15, 12 inch cuffed pom pom knit, one size
- Patches up to 4" wide and 2.25" tall on the cuff
